import dont work

i have done some tutorial to make my own clothes, following the instructions in
the manual.
i have download the fbx templates from your homepage
i work with blender and export my file as seen in the tutorials as fbx.
then i try to import into character creator with the fbxkey.
then i got the issue cant load file.
i see, that this works with older versions. maybe somethink brokedown with the
latest update?!?
never the less the new pbr thing is incredible ;)

Hi, patrickkorf,

Can you provide the screen shots of the export settings in Blender for this issue, and also provide the Blender's project file, instead of the exported fbx. We need to find out which setting in Blender caused the problem.

We tested your fbx in CC1.54/CC2.01/CC2.12/CC2.3, and they all failed to import. please check the output settings in Blender, see if they match with this video:

Please provide your FBX file and FBXKey to help us identify the problem.
You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and email the link with "FT3657" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
