Rampa 
Having raise lower tools for height map terrain right in iClone would be nice. Oh, and let it scale on X and Y for smaller, tighter meshes when they are needed.

I would really like to see a procedural voxel landscape generator with tri-planar mapping. Maybe something like Geovox?
