iClone 7 continues to crash after new install

Hello,

I just bought the iClone 7, and it won't load, it freezes at the load, then my PC crashes, please help. Thanks

Thanks Donnie, 

I will do that, it is only happening when I try to open the newly installed iClone 7 and CC 3. When I open up Crazy Talk 8, no problems no crashing. It also opened iClone 7 for a second and then crashed. Also wonder why the icon for iClone 7 looks like this (See Attachment). I've spend about 800.00 for this and it's very software and it's very disheartening.

This message indicate that there might be some hardware or driver issue in your PC. Search "machine check exception" in google, you will find many articles describing this issue.
Please evaluate each article carefully and see if anyone fits your situation.
