Issue 3747
accessing the appearance editior my system locks - not responding
Just started today. When I try to update material settings in the appearance editor, it stops responding.

I have an Intel i7-5920k 32 gb memory running a 64-bit OS. task manager shows all 12 cores running between 90 - 99 percent usage. Memory usage stays around 7.5-8 gb. CC version 2.3.2420.1.

I'm not aware of doing anything but upgrade to the newest CC version.

Load Essential_10 go to the Appearance Editor - Slit skirt - Fabric - base black - diffuse hsl - move the hue slider ---- get a blue circle spinning for some time the the not responding message for about 2 minutes. Computer is non-responsive to any request due to CC taking 95%+ of the memory.

this is no longer funny - Character Creator keeps bang my temp files and will not respond The temp file icm6130 is the biggest hitter but others utilize the hard drive 100% locking my machine until Character Creator decides to run again.

I'm working on a project that is due next week and I can not make changes to the essential clothing pack

Is anyone there - can I have my client call you for some compensation if I miss my due date because of YOUR product
