HI, I hope you consider this seriously. I'm a game creator (Unreal Engine) wearing many hats. One of these hats is image/video generation. I've spent thousands of dollars with your company because I'm genuinely excited about what CC5 and iClone do and will be able to do.

However, when you take points away in 30 days (for AI), especially points I've paid for, I consider that stealing. I'd have to hurry up and use them before my workflow isn't ready to use them or I lose them, you're telling me.

I understand that your expires-in-30-days model is great for your making money. But I've already spent thousands with you. And so have many other people. Why can't you switch to an AI point rollover model and forsake the greed just slightly?

Also, while your AI studio is coming along, especially with the speech/video from reference, I had to use about 200 points to try putting a toga on the speaker/model. Your AI failed. I had to go to ChatGPT just to do that, AND I already had a toga-donned reference in CC5's viewport.

Unless you change your subscription model to allow for rolled over AI points, I won't be renewing. There are several other options out there you're competing with, so I hope you will seriously consider my request. I love CC5 and iClone and I definitely want to continue using them.
