Issue 6307
Windows Scaling Issue for 4k Monitors (Cannot see HQ Shader option when importing a character)
When importing a model into the Unreal Engine 4, the HQ shader option is not visible unless I change my Windows scaling options on my computer to 100% (My original scaling is 150%)

This seems to be an issue for 4k Monitors.
OS: Windows 10

I realise this is not the same issue. Sorry about that.

I encountered the same problem. I used a Japanese version of Windows 10, so I thought it was a problem caused by Japanese, but this seems to be a problem with Unreal's display compatibility setting. In my case, the system display is set to 175%, but this setting may not be very relevant.

The solution is to right-click on the shortcut icon for the target Unreal version, select the properties at the bottom, and select the Compatibility tab in the panel that opens. Click the “Change high DPI setting” button at the bottom and check the “Overwrite high DPI scale setting” checkbox at the bottom of the panel. Select “System (expanded)” from the pull-down menu. And click OK.

The HQ settings and OK button will now be displayed.
