Where is the import function? Do I really need to buy another product just to import stuff????!!!
When I saw a review and video of your product, it was geared toward animation and making it simple to animate characters, but also this software can create SCENES that we can record on videos. That motivated me to buy IClone Pro...

But, after buying IClone 6.5 Pro, I've found out that I can`t even import my own stuff (building, vehicles, props...) I'm really feeling that I've been cheated. What is the reason for not allowing us to import our own models when the only output will be on video or stills.???!

I`ve saw that you were also selling another product to do the exchange but it's quite expensive (3 times the price of Iclone!!!) and still don't understand why the software can't import directly. Import in my mind is something that should be in any 3D tool, I don't see any logic about this, only a MONEY issue, that you want to force me to buy all my meshes from the store when I have the capability to make them.

I wanted to have this software for it's character animation capabilities (and would certainly buy stuff for the characters, not the props or other stuff that I can make myself) Is it too late for a refund?!

I agree with the original poster. At the very least, the base iClone should be able to Import content with at least the base import capability of 3dxchange (i.e. grouping, deleting nodes, etc.). Every other product of this kind provides that capability.

Iclone is like a build up 3d system you can get it fairly cheap, and add software to it as needed, instead of spending 800 to 7000 for a full featured 3d software package. its not easy to find a robust 3d animation program for under $200 besides blender and Daz. even lightwave is 900+ zbrush VUE maya 3dmax etc are all vary expensive. Members price on reallusion right now for icloneis $59.00 standard edition, $119 pro edition, you will not find a 3d animation program as robust as iclone for that price. just my 2 cents :-)
