When I use “ZBrush Faces Tools,” an error occurs in ZBrush and I can't use it.

When I click the “facetools” button to transfer files so I can use “ZBrush Faces Tools,” an error occurs in ZBrush and I can no longer use it.

How can I fix this?

I've included a video showing my steps.

Thank you very much! The support team provided instructions on how to manually delete the ZBrush plugin folder via a support ticket, and after I actually deleted it and reinstalled it, the issue was resolved.

Hi,

I just tested it, and I was able to successfully use Face Tools to send a head created from a Headshot 3 to ZBrush. Could you please provide the CC Project and also capture screenshots of the following path for us?
