I installed Video Mocap plugion v1.0 and tried it out on one video. The next time I started up iClone 8, it failed to launch, hanging on Video Mocap plugin initialization and then crashing. Only after uninstalling Video Mocap plugin was I able to use iClone again.
Hi Soya, I will gladly help but I am not sure what will happen to my user files and settings if I uninstall iClone. Will those be removed too?

Could you please help us reinstall iC 8.63 from the Hub? It should automatically install Video Mocap. Then launch iClone again to check whether it still crashes. Thank you.
