Issue 438
The upper limitation of the video exporting should be 54000 frames
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch CrazyTalk 8
2. Apply a random actor (e.g. Sandra)
3. Navigate to Playbar > Time Settings, set the Total of Frame to 54000
4. Click "Export Video/Image" button on Toolbar
5. On Export Video/Image Settings panel, select "Video" and set "Export Range" to 30000 frames

ACTUAL RESULT
The upper limitation of the video exporting is 27000 frames

EXPECTED RESULT
The upper limitation of the video exporting should be 54000 frames
