The object size restores when FBX is exported if size was previously changed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch 3DXchange 6, load a FBX file
2. Go to Transform > Scale, check the box for "Lock XYZ", then set the value for X to 2000
3. Select "Export FBX" on Toolbar, choose "Game Engine_Unreal" on the drop-down list of "Target Tool Preset", uncheck "Include Animation", then click "OK" to export
4. Load the exported file to Unreal 4/3DXchange 6

ACTUAL RESULT
The object's size doesn't change at all

EXPECTED RESULT
The size of the object will be changed accordingly
