3. Navigate to Functional Toolbar > Atmosphere Settings
4. Set "Light Strength" to 0

ACTUAL RESULT
The Light Strength of Atmosphere Settings does not work properly

EXPECTED RESULT
The range of Light Strength is set from 10 to 99
