I was having a problem with installing Plugins and getting error code stating I was using a S/N# with the wrong account. The tech/C.R. person claimed cause he could not verify my account I was using a trial copy of CTA 4.5. Pro.
Did not know Pro was available for trial?! I didn't know that the software after it was paid for downloaded, and installed the serial number entered that it still needed to "registered". Why didn't he ask me if I did that??? I actually found that out by navigating through everything I could find and located the registration in the drop down "help" menu.
