Substance Painter Pipeline Export error with Prime Hair
1. Open CC3.4x
2. Add non-Prime Hair piece such as "Bun.ccHair"
3. Rename "Underwear Bottoms" to "UnderwearBottoms" or "Underwear_bottoms" to satisfy export requirements.
4. Export to Substance Painter (.obj file and folder)
5. Create new project in Substance Painter pointing to exported .obj file
6. Leave other settings on defaults including Use UV Tile workflow per https://forum.reallusion.com/456462/09-Substance-Painter-Workflow-New-in-CC-v331
7. Click OK to complete project import
8. Observe model completes importing "mostly" ok (just a couple of seemingly non-fatal errors in the logs):
[Scene 3D] OBJ/MTL: Encountered unknown texture type
[Scene 3D] Skipping one or more lines with the same contents
9. Return to CC3
10. Remove Bun hair
11. Add a complete Prime Hair style such as "02_Wavy short Bob.rlHair"
11. Export to Substance Painter (.obj file and folder)
12. Create new project in Substance Painter pointing to exported .obj file
13. Leave other settings on defaults including Use UV Tile workflow per https://forum.reallusion.com/456462/09-Substance-Painter-Workflow-New-in-CC-v331
8. Click OK to complete project import

Expected results:
Model to complete importing "mostly" ok (with perhaps a couple of non-fatal log messages) as usual.

Actual results:
Model will not import due to bad hair UV placement, logs report the following:

[Scene 3D] OBJ/MTL: Encountered unknown texture type
[Scene 3D] Skipping one or more lines with the same contents
[Scene 3D] Errors have been found while splitting meshes per UV tile:
Mesh 'Wavy_short_Bob' has a face spanning across multiple tiles: UV tile 0, 0 (UDIM 1001) with vertex at U=0.5221, V=1.0006
Mesh 'Wavy_short_Bob' has a face spanning across multiple tiles: UV tile 0, 0 (UDIM 1001) with vertex at U=0.5543, V=1.0006

Moved the UVs inside the 0-1 range at the top and bottom for 02_Wavy short Bob and exported back to the .obj from Maya, then followed the usual steps to create a new Substance Painter project with that, and it was successful.

Opened the .obj in Maya and quickly saw issues with the hair cards being incorrectly sized and placed, many of them have faces breaching across UDIMs. Also a weird spike in the hair mesh stood out just behind the left ear of the model (separately and unrelated, but still looks wrong).

I observed that it was working OK with this Prime Hair set/piece: 03_Cute braid long hair.rlHair

So the issues appear to be with specific meshes or styles from the new Prime Hair packs.

I haven't tried them all.
