1. Open CC3.4x
2. Add non-Prime Hair piece such as "Bun.ccHair"
3. Rename "Underwear Bottoms" to "UnderwearBottoms" or "Underwear_bottoms" to satisfy export requirements.
4. Export to Substance Painter (.obj file and folder)
5. Create new project in Substance Painter pointing to exported .obj file
6. Leave other settings on defaults including Use UV Tile workflow per
https://forum.reallusion.com/456462/09-Substance-Painter-Workflow-New-in-CC-v3317. Click OK to complete project import
8. Observe model completes importing "mostly" ok (just a couple of seemingly non-fatal errors in the logs):
[Scene 3D] OBJ/MTL: Encountered unknown texture type
[Scene 3D] Skipping one or more lines with the same contents
9. Return to CC3
10. Remove Bun hair
11. Add a complete Prime Hair style such as "02_Wavy short Bob.rlHair"
11. Export to Substance Painter (.obj file and folder)
12. Create new project in Substance Painter pointing to exported .obj file
13. Leave other settings on defaults including Use UV Tile workflow per
https://forum.reallusion.com/456462/09-Substance-Painter-Workflow-New-in-CC-v3318. Click OK to complete project import
Expected results:
Model to complete importing "mostly" ok (with perhaps a couple of non-fatal log messages) as usual.
Actual results:
Model will not import due to bad hair UV placement, logs report the following:

[Scene 3D] Errors have been found while splitting meshes per UV tile:
