Slider not complete
Hi out there,

what is the solution to get the slidersettings like all the tutorial and manual pic are showing?
in my version 6 and 7(trial) the round sliderknob is nowere visible. all sliderknobs are only a small line.
Plese see attached pics.....Is it perhaps a Windowssetting?

Hey Icloner,

after a long search we find the solution.....it is easy as surprising. 

We change the desktop settings (personalized settings ) to the windows default background and color design and all buttons sliders and other settings  work perfectly under iclone and other QT-design UI (where we later noticed that they have also some fails in the UI( so in B2M and substance and other.
 
So the problems is solved by easily reset the personalized setting for the preferences on windows 10 desktop-design and iclone7.2, CC, and all other reallusion programs work excellent with all sliders and settings.

The problem Continuos and alle Settings on windows 10 are on default factory Settings, no zoom no Change in fontsize or aby ohter settings. After reporting my DXDiag.txt as ordered nothing happens. Anyone a solution for it? Many thanks and have a nice Day.

I had the same problem, it went away when I updated Windows 10. If you right click on the desktop>Personalize>Colors If you don't have a switch for "Show color on title bar" option you have a version of Windows that is too old.

Please provide your DXDiag file for us to check this issue.
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".

You can email the DxDiag.txt with "FT3375" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.

Also please check your Windows scaling settings and capture a screen shot of the settings and attach it with the email.
Go to Control Panel -> Adjust screen resolution -> Make text and other items larger or smaller, then click these two underlined texts as shown in the attachment:
use these display settings
set a custom scaling level

If these levels are not in 100%, please set them back to 100% and see if the UI will become normal?
