Send to iclone doesn't work

When I click on send to iclone, a loading bar appears but I am not sure whether it gets to 100% as it disappears abruptly. Then nothing happens.

OS: Windows 10

I uninstalled Iclone and pipeline and deactivated the lisence.
After reinstalling, it worked again. hope it stays that way
