Hi!
Most of the time its when entering mesh edit mode, but I am not able to repeat it... so random, as I said, you have to implement for example Google "Breakpad" -> crash-reporting system, we use that on our online games to automatic fetch crash bugs from client around the world, "it is invaluable"....!!
