Program Loads and immediately becomes unresponsive
Load program, initial character loads and then the program freezes and becomes unresponsive when you click on anything.
OS: Windows 10

When uninstalling Smart Gallery, the program behaves normally. When reinstalling Smart Gallery, it starts freezing again.

Do you using multiple monitors?
If yes, please try to disable extended monitor, leave the major one (ref: https://itstillworks.com/switch-dual-monitor-single-1209.html)
Then open CC/ IC with installing Smart Gallery.
After syncing, you could close program to make CC/ IC always open in the main monitor.
Finally let your extended monitor enable, and do not dock/ undock Smart Gallery to avoid freezing issue happens again.
