Program Crashes When I Try to Record Audio

It's simple....every time I click on the 'record' function, to record audio/voice....the program crashes without warning. EVERY TIME....and it appears no one from realallussion actually bothers to answer this - obviously - frequently encountered issue......the customer service response to this topic is really keeping me from additional purchasing product bundles.

Please update your audio card and microphone driver first, and run CrazyTalk 8 again, see if this issue can be solved?
