Out of Memory error
I am trying to load an FBX into IClone 6.52 3D Xchange. The file I am trying to load is from 3Ds Max, FBX 108000 ko + test 304000 ko. While in Xchange the program stops and gives me an error. 32gig of memory, 25% memory use. Do not know if this is a bug or I am doing something wrong.
Windows 10, 980gtx 6g, processor 8 core, 32g RAM

We are trying to increase the memory capacity for 3DXChange to handle, please provide your fbx file to us, we can test to see if it can be loaded.

You can use cloud services such as Dropbox or OneDrive to make the file available to us and email the link to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.

The 3DXchange is a 32-bit application, it can only use 2GB memory, please try to reduce the number of polygons when you save the fbx in 3Ds Max.
