Not able to export FBX with full license

I have bought iClone 6, 3DXhange 6.51, Character Creator 1.5, CrazyTalk 8 and some contents with full iexport license. However, I discovered that I could not export any model to FBX made from character creator that have edited the shape of the face. All items shown in the tree are dark red in color.

I have tried to click content 1 click verification on character creator and iclone 6 and all of them said failed because of the internet connection but my connection is fully work. I totally don't understand why it happens and it drives me crazy. Please help me to fix this issue as the model is urgent need.

Moreover, I also discovered that iClone would crash with SketchUp 8, they cannot both stay.
