Not Downloading Products
It displays the twirling circle suggesting its working, but doesn't download any products or updates.
The settings button(s) in the top right corner are not clickable.

Hello i get an error. I could not use the Reallusion Hub. It meens: No access authorisation for the element.
It seems that you do not have access permissions for the item. Make sure that you have the correct permissions.
