The new RLcontent down-loader is not working properly. I have a Satellite internet connection, the RL Down-loader has always given trouble but on retry it would always work and I could get the products I paid for. But this new setup just quits no second chances. The old down-loader would also say no internet connection first time to then on retry it would work.


Why no retry now? This has been a problem for years. I purchase products from many different sources and the only source of download trouble I have is Reallusion. I understand when people had dial-up an instant latency response meant too slow of a connection. A satellite connection might have a delayed response, but download speed is fast enough to stream movies...
