New Eye Elements (Occl. and Tearline) in CC 3.32 fail to work in Unity 2019.4 HDRP
Description

Blend shapes for new eye elements (occ. and tearline) do not move along with eye animation.
Is this intentional behaviour i.e. work I must do myself inside Unity - or just a bug?
May be I'm missing a checkbox during import?

Reproduction

1. Create a CC3B+ character - any sample char. will do
2. Export to Unity 2019.4 HDRP
3. Import into CC Assets
4. Play with eye blendshapes on CC_Body
5. The eyes move fine but tearline and occ. do not follow along i.e. blend shapes unaffected.

Impact

Issue renders new eye elements useless outside of CC3

Thx for your reply.
No worries - I'll get to it.
To lighten the task ahead, any suggestion on how Eye and (Occ + Tearline) blendshapes connect/relate to reach other?

For example:
Eye blend shape - Open Eye Wide
Occ.blend shape(s) - ???
Tearline blend shape(s) - ???

I figure you might have an idea since this is implemented inside CC3.
It might also help to update the Auto Setup doc with this ;-)
Anything helps.

Hi jolvgames

Thanks for your replay.
Their relative blendshapes are Eye_Blink, Eye_Wide, Eye_Squint.
Please try to adjust same slider with same value for each elements, for example: Eye_Wide_L = 80, then all element shape will be matched.

Feel free to contact me if any, regards.

Hi jolvgames

Thanks for your feedback!
Currently Character Creator can't make Occlusion and Tearline automatically sync with eye blendshape in Unity.
But you can adjust its' blendshape separately, they're also baked own blendshapes slider, too.

Sorry for your inconvenience, feel free to contact us if any!
