Issue 5431
Multiple crashes
I've just purchased CrazyTalk 8 Pro and 20 minutes into creating actors the program has just died without warning. It's done this several times. My computer is no slouch with a 4GHz Quad Core Pentium, 32GB ram, NVidia 980 graphics, and my other 3D animation software, as well as all other software, does not exhibit the same fragility. My antivirus is Bitdefender which is particularly resource light, and is friendly for intensive programs like Cubase (also 100% stable on my system). Is there any way to get my money back?

By the way, the bug report section of the technical support website just hangs when the report is posted. Not a good omen... :(

I would at this point prefer a refund, thank you. There is nothing I can screenshot unfortunately as the program just dies without any warning or messages, so all you would see would be my desktop icons. I think the refund would be best. I appreciate the response. Warm regards.

Hi, David,

Sorry for the late reply, our development team have checked your system information, but it seems quite normal, couldn't find the clue about the crash from there.

If you prefer a refund, I will forward your request to our customer service, they will contact you for the refund process. But if you would like to solve the problem, we will continue to support you, and will need your help to provide further information to help us identify the problem.

You might want to capture a screen video to illustrate the issue, and provide us the photo you used to create actor, we will continue to check this issue.

Best regards,
Reallusion

I've just lost another hour of work. Under the distance selling directive, I now require a full refund. Thank you.
