Model can't be saved, but I don't use trial content
Hello. After I made my model, I saved it and exit the program. When I opened this model again, Character Creator logo appeared on my screen and now it says that I can't save this model, because this project contains trial content. I downloaded this content, but I am not using it, so I saved my model. Now I can't use it for exporting to obj, for example. I killed many time of my life for creating this models and I don't want to remake it. Please, help me P.S. Another model, what I made don't have this bug

We've tried to verify the issue you mentioned, but it could not be reproduced in our test environment.
In order for us to investigate the exact problem, could you please send the project and CC slider file to us? If could, please send them to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
If the file is too large to send, please upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or other cloud drives, then authorize us to access your account and download the file.
