I cannot update my content "Failed to get content information. Would you like to sync the current account's content information?"
This has never happened before until today. I purchased the $99 360 head tools and I was gonna update it but it keeps giving me this error message:
"Failed to get content information. Would you like to sync the current account's content information?"

I logged in the same email account I used to purchase the software,
I sync installed assets in the smart content manager,
I logged into the Reallusion Content store web,
I filtered the smart content manager to all and online (both pack and item),
I uninstalled the content pack, refreshed, reinstalled, I installed reallusion hub, logged in and update, nothing works so far.

Please help.

UPDATED: IT'S WORKING NOW. Strange. Maybe the server from your side? Or maybe what I just did, right after I refreshed in the smart content manager, I immediately right clicked and installed.
