When you send my video's download link in email, and I click on the link or put it directly into the browser, I get the attached error message. I've tried Chrome and Firefox, and I've also tried downloading the file from the dashboard.

The project ID is the share link as the attachment image.

This didn't solve it, it still doesn't work. It's been two days and I still haven't been able to use this software....

It could be caused by a server issue occurred previously, it should have been solved right now. please export your video again, you should then get a workable link.
