Fails to load assets

I use CC3 version 3.32.3312.1 on a windows 10 PC.

CC3 fails to load the assets: Professional Outfits> Others> Thick Necktie

All neckties fail to load with error "failed to load the file."

My saved projects i had created earlier (i think i used version 3.1), which include the necktie assets, also fail to load, showing the "failed to load the file" error.
However, saved projects without neckties load correctly.

Rebooting the PC failed to fix this. Also, I am currently unaware if there are any other assets that fail to load. I did a check on two or three other random Professional Outfits assets and they worked without a problem.

How do i fix this?

I finally managed to solve the problem!
I uninstalled, rebooted and re-installed Professional Outfits. Everything seems to work now. Thank you for your input.

No, I wasn't using smart gallery. But even if I had used smart gallery, it still wouldn't explain why projects with the necktie asset fail to load

in CC3.32 can you apply the Thick Necktie > save project> open project?

could you please provide your project (the one that fail to load) in private comment?
