Failed to open Character Creator 3
Hi there,

I just installed the trial of CC3

As soon I open the software it freeze after the UI appear.
I tried to reinstall it but still doesn't work.
I have AMD Ryzen 9 3950X + Nvidia 1080 with DirectX 12 installed.

I want to check if you have upgraded the ap version to CC3.41. Has the multiple monitors problem been resolved?

Please try to uninstall "Smart Gallery" from RL Hub, and then run Character Create again.
This issue might be caused by Smart Gallery, please let us know if this problem is solved or not.

I have a 3 monitor setup, if I use only one monitor CC3 works.
How can I use the software and 3 monitors?
