Failed to load content in caracter creator and Iclone 6

I am on my first use of iclone 6 and Iclone Caracter creator , sine 2 month I upgrade to iclone 6 I haven't got any chance to use it . This is the issue I am facing now for both IC6 and Caracter Creator "Failed to load content" after the closing the error message , the software also close.

Please update the iClone and Character Creator to the latest version (iClone: v6.51.3127.1, Character Creator: v1.51.2001.1), here's the instruction to help you updating RL products.

After you update the iClone or Character Creator to the latest version, please retest this issue again. If the same problem still occurs in your computer, could you please provide the file you imported to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com?
