Face puppets not active

Hello, There is some problems happened to me when i working on CrazyTalk Animator 3. When i working on actor's face puppet it's working but after few move i made on actor, it become not active "face puppet" How to solve this problem. I also sent you Screenshot of this problem. Face puppet not active. Please help me to solve it.

OS: Mac OS 10.12

Oh boy, both CTA 3 and CTA4 as soon as I'm in Face fitting, checking the frame work, it's so distorted that I can't tell how to edit anything. Also when in Face puppet, I can't really move the head without it distorting. I'm using HD images, what is causing this?

1. Please reinstall the latest version to correct the problem, the cause could be lacked some files.

2. Please provide your "ctProject" to help us identify the problem.

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and email the link with "FT3904" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
