I have 6 characters created in CC, sent them to iClone then to 3DXchange Pipeline, exported them successfully (many times) as FBX to Unreal.
Suddenly, with no change to the characters, I can no longer export as FBX. Also in 3DXchange - I get a lot of not responding and it now takes about 5 mins to import a character but it used to take 30 seconds.
Uninstalled iClone, CC, 3Dxchange. Re-installed (with the latest patches). Still not working, says I need to purchse export licence. (but I already have) Refresh licence (Not Responding for about 1 min) no change.
Temporarily turned off my firewall... still the same.
CC also says I need an Export licence. Why would it all of a sudden, lose that permission after working fine? "1 click content varification" gets to 20% then says "failed, check your internet connection"? My internet connection is working fine for everything else. If I click on Member, it takes me to the correct page and login, fine.
I'm losing valuable production time and need your help.

I am still unable to validate content in Character Creator, iClone or 3DXchange.
CC Gets to 20% Validate Data - "Check Internet Connection"
iClone - 2% then Not Responding - then nothing
3DXchange - Not Responding for about 5 minutes - refresh license - No change.
I'm completely stuck.

Many prominent websites including Amazon, Twitter and Spotify were shut down for nearly two hours Friday morning by an earlier denial of service attack. CNBC.com was also affected. Amazon reported later that it was once again having service issues but resolved the problem.
Please retry "Content 1-Click Verification" in your computer, and feel free to ask if any issue.

Update...
I re-installed everything again... iClone 6, CC, 3DXchange 6 Pipeline, CC Essential Clothing & Fabric, CC Essential Morphs & Skin, Stylized Character Morphs. All purchased with Export Licenses.
Character Creator won't validate content. Gets to 20% Validate Data - "Check Internet Connection" I don't get watermarks or that it's trial content.
Inside 3DXchange, now when I click on "Buy Export License" it takes me to the marketplace correctly - Must purchase "CC Essential Morphs & Skin" but of course I have done that long ago. Click on "Refresh License". Still nothing. Click on 1-Click Export verification. Not Responding. aaarrgh!
