Thanks for your feedback!
Please check your content template folder, the default path is : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\Character Creator 3 Template\AvatarControl
Check if these two morph sliders are exist. (Check out attached image)

1. If exist, please refresh your CC3, the refresh button is on : Menu bar/Help/Refresh Sliders (Check attached image as well)
2. If didn't exist, please re-download the Elite Character pack and try again.
