CrazyTalk 8.1 Crashes when I apply DressUp 2-Work Wear Hats, Party Fun Hats and Bonus Hats
1. Start CrazyTalk 8.1 2. Load a Character e.g. Stylized Avatars or Default Characters or from Bonus Pack 3. Apply clothes etc. 4. Apply Hat....software crashes or quits.
Suppose to load hat and function.
I tried the following:
1. I uninstalled software and all downloaded contents so I can do a clean install. 2. Re-installed the software CrazyTalk 8. 3. Re-install all downloaded contents: CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline Bonus Pack CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline Bonus Pack 10 Heads CrazyTalk 8 Pipeline Resource Pack Party Fun-Hair & Accessories Realistic Human 100 Dress Up - Showtime Dress Up 2 Work-Wear Stylized Avatars Combo Pack
4. Started Crazytalk 8.1 5. Tried again to apply hats. 6. Software crashes or quits...I am very fustrated that this is not working.
Just can't seem to use the software anymore.
7. I even tried to alter sharing and permissions by selecting Hard hat as an example and did a get info. I then tried changing the privileges.
donevelyn - Read & Write (default) wheel - Read only (default) - to - Read & Write everyone - Read only (default) - to - Read & Write
This too did not work
Revert file to default setting
Can you assist.
Just keeps on quitting when I even try to apply facial accessories too. This is a recent development.

I purchased Oldies Stylized Avatars and the Dress Up2- Workwear. My Ct8 keeps crashing. I did as suggested and did the downloads and deletes,etc. Still my CT8 crashes. I have dozens of custom avatars that I have been designing for months, now I am afraid I will lose all of my work. I was looking forward to building my library with the Tokomotion avatars and accessories, now I am hesitant.
Will there be a solution soon. I have several projects in progress but I am limited in what I can do. Thanks
I will ditto information to the link you just provided. as well as the crash report generated for Apple to review. just recently as of this writing now.
