Hi Did you see the note about installs on Windows 7? *Note: Windows 7 sp1 + Platform Update (KB 2670838) - Know More > Check the support page if this can be the issue.. i know many apps had problems without the Servicepack installed when i used W7. Also is your computer meeting the minimum standard so it isn't any specs that might screw things up Dual core CPU or higher 8GB RAM or higher 10GB free hard disk space or higher Graphics Card: NVidia GeForce GTX 600 Series / AMD Radeon HD 7000 Series or higher Video Memory: 2GB RAM or higher Usually these crasches have a common denomintator somewhere in the system and if the hardware + drivers are up2 date it can even be bad RAM chips or some other hardware that doesn't work properly when the app needs it.. i had some similar crasches on a computer once and it turned out that one of my memorysticks had a bad chip so the dual-channel memorybus went haywire when this particular app wanted to use that space.. but i think it could be considered an anomaly and probably not the case here
