Crash on Startup
I'm running into a issue where when I double click Character Creator 3, it immediately crashes on startup, not even getting past the splash screen. I uninstalled and then re-installed. Still the same problem. Any help would be great, thanks.

I've notice your OS is Win7, please reference to our AP Readme file.
CC's OS requirements is :

. Windows 10, 8 and 7 (SP1)*
. Support for 64-bit operating system
*Note: Windows 7 sp1 + Platform Update (KB 2670838)

Please make sure you have upgrade to correct OS, and let us know if this answer solve crash problem!
