In the content manager the icons for displaying different elements (eyes, hairstyles, teeth...) are not displayed. The only possibility is to use the right click find file command but it's tedious and inconvenient. The problem persists even when deactivating the antivirus, firewall or running in administrator mode.

You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and email the link with "FT3680" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.

I am having the same exact issue, I did the update yesterday and it did not help. I even tried uninstalling as some have with the same unfortunate results.
