Character Creator Failing to Launch on Vega 56 Card
Character Creator 2 will not launch with an AMD Vega 56 card.

AMD Driver Version: 17.10.3

Character Creator Version: 2.12

Workaround: Launching the program in compatibility mode (Windows 7 or 8) allows the program to boot, but the graphics acceleration seems to be disabled when you launch this way.

The latest update on the latest version of the AMD drivers does, indeed, correct the issue.

The newest update Character Creator 2.3 and iClone 7.2 should have fixed the RX Vega issue : )

Sent the information as requested.

As a note, this same error also occurs in iClone 7.

It does not occur in iClone 6 or CC1. Both of those programs work without issue.

Please provide your DxDiag file and the Character Creator dump file to help us identify the problem.

To get the DxDiag file:
1. Select the "Start" menu, click "run" or press <Win Key> + <R>.
2. Input "dxdiag" & click "ok".
3. It will check your system for a while, after finish, click "save all information".
4. Save "DxDiag.txt".

Download the zip file with the link below, inside the zip you can find the description about how to generate the crash dump.
