I'm trying to buy models and motion from Spain, but every time I try to check out, I get the message: Sorry, we couldn't process your payment."

I've seen that other users are experiencing the same problem. And we've tried with multiple cards, both credit and debit. It worked on none.

Do you know what we can do to fix this?
