Cannot edit mesh during calibration pose
You cannot edit a mesh during a calibration pose. When you enter edit mesh mode the character will snap back to a t-pose, which defeats the purpose of using a calibration pose to identify and fix mesh penetration trouble spots.

In Reallusion's own video for CC 1.5, it touts this useful feature of editing the mesh in a calibration pose, but this feature is now broken in CC 2.11.

This is the video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bXthUjXJjuw

At 2:39 it begins to show the mesh being edited in a calibration pose.

It is much more difficult to try to fix mesh penetration issues if the character snaps back to a t-pose, because the issues are no longer visible and you need to constantly go back and forth between the pose where the issue is apparent and the t-pose where it isn't, and try to guess which polys you need to fix.

Please put the pose mesh editing functionality back into CC 2.0 the way it works in the video above.
