Hi! Ok, I did what you recommended and re installed CA from the hub. I indeed automatically found item of my CTA3 that I had under the form of either *.rlcontent or *.exe files. However, the new system you implemented years ago doesn't contain the contents that had been purchased before this implementation, such as the CTA2, CTA1 items, that we only get under the exe *.format

It was a lot of money, that seems to be lost.
Why not helping us to convert those CTA1 and CTA2 *.exe files into *.rlcontent format

And this is also available for iClone5 and 6 content.
