CC3 female character on open

Issue
When CC3 opens (or after pressing new) there is always a window saying..... (pic)
But, there is no old CC1, because it just start openning new CC3 basic female character. But, nevertheless you have to press YES or CANCEL, beecause third option MORE tells you that you should supposedly download morph slider, which leads you to your order page (where I downloaded and installed everything conserning morphs twice ( also because its impossible to determine if you downloaded and install everything that you got with CC3 upgrade, but that's another story), where there is nothing new to happened.
When you press YES, then it finish loading same CC3 base female model.
Bug maybe!?

Hi, Zkeko,

We have confirmed that this issue should be caused by duplicated sliders in different folders, so even though the first found slider have been converted, the second found slider will still need to convert but it will always convert the first found slider. This issue have been fixed and released in CC 3.01.

Hi dante1st,

You are right, we don't . By the way, just to inform you that I had this issue just a couple of hours, and never again. I installed updates both on Iclone 7, 3dxchange pipeline and CC2(to CC3 free), and everything is functioning. Maybe my problem was due to choosing another SSD for template/custom/temp folders for all 3 programs (due to system SSD is just 500 GB but faster, and another one is bigger but slower), I don't know, anyway, everything works now.

Hi Zkeko, 

To identify your issue, please provide your AvatarControl folder under Character Creator 3's Template & Custom
Default Template & Custom path : 
1. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\Character Creator 3 Template\AvatarControl
2. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Custom\Character Creator 3 Custom\AvatarControl
You can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and email the link with "FT5169" in the email title to feedbacktrackeradmin@reallusion.com.
