I tried both ways. Draggging from custom and/or public folder , and double clicking. It has happened with custom character and just a modified character inside CC3.
Hi ahingel, Thanks for your feedback! In order to check this issue properly, please capture a screen video to show us how you import your eyes. Drag form Custom folder? Double click on Content Manager? Import from pipeline application (Maya, 3ds Max)? Also, please provide your custom character & eyes as zip file, you can attach these file in your comment. If the size is larger than 10MB, you can use cloud services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive to make the files available to us and put the link in your comment.
