CC3+ Conversion slider pops up when applying new beards
After installing the update, I opened my current CC3+ characater (African Male) to try out the beard update.
1. open african male character
2. Add one of the free beards
3. Pop up window after 10 seconds saying it needs to convert sliders to CC+3 sliders.
4. I update sliders
5. Then try to apply beard
6. Pop up window after 10 seconds saying it needs to convert sliders to CC+3 sliders happens again and everytime I try to use the beard on any character model after.

Due to this issue has been fixed in our latest version and currently this character (African Male) works good in our end, I will close this ticket.

The African male CC3 base + character was the one I was using at the time the issue happened.  I then tried it with all of the base models at it continued to ask me for update to the sliders, modles, etc.  It happened every single time I tried to add a new hair or beard.  Fortunately I found the solution online from one of your supports in a forum somewhere.  Apparently this is an issue with almost everyone who updated and tried to use the hair.  You have to go to the "File" inside of ICLONE 7 and install it there, then all of the materials will be updated automatically in CC3 and work as expected.  Its a bug.  

I do have one query, why haven't you guys made more afro centric hair types..  You guys are lacking and Meta Human is going to definitely attract more attention as they are not one dimensional with an entire caucasion character base.  You guys need a real cultural upgrade and soon.

This issue may be caused by downloading content incompletely, and this issue has fixed in our latest version.
We've just released Character Creator v3.41 with Smart Gallery v1.2, please update the program and check if issue happens again.

* You may need to update the content pack from Smart Gallery, check "Free Resource" category there, any install or update the pack you need.

Could you please provide more details about "African Male" ? is it from Human Anatomy Pack?
1
