At when trying start a new project program crashes
At start-up I usually get no background or character. Occasionally I get a character and background. In either case when trying to load a new character program crashes. This was reported on ticket #108603 and it was suggested that I make sure that my graphics card and windows are up-to-date. I downloaded and installed the latest video driver, and made sure that the windows version is up-to-date. I saw no change in the problem. I have attached an .rar file with a video capture of what I am seeing.
After loading the test program I didn't get the crash. In a few minutes of playing with it everything worked OK, although I don't see the purpose of the "Atmosphere", and I am assuming all the other things I created and bought for CC1.0 will become available when a final version of CC2.0 is issued. Also, I had to turn of parts of Norton security to allow some (looked like test) function to run.

Please provide your dxdiag file for further checking.
a) Type "dxdiag.exe" on the Start screen and click "dxdiag.exe run command" from the search list.
b) It will then check your system for a while, after finishing, click "save all information"
c) Save "DxDiag.txt". and send this to us as an attachment.
