When I close CTA, often an Application Error shows up as the pic attached. What does this mean?

Please provide your crash dump file to help us identify the problem.

When the AP crashes, If an error message pops up:
Step1: Please do not close the error message
Step2: Open the Task Manager
Step3: Click the "Processes" tab
Step4: Right-click on the "CTA AP"
Step5: Click the "Create dump file"

Your help is highly appreciated.
