Application Error when converting from CC3+ characters to GameBase

When converting some CC3+ characters to GameBase I get the error shown in the added picture.

CharacterCreator: CharacterCreator.exe - Application Error

The instruction at 0x00007FF7E4B35ED0 referenced memory at 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. The memory could not be read.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

OS: Windows 10

Did you using CC3 to convert base?

Thanks for your feedback!
Cause we can't reproduce this issue on our end, could you send one of the character that will cause the issue to us?
You can upload the file to cloud service such as Google Drive, and attach the download link in your next comment.
Also, please send the crash dump file to us, when this memory error happen, go to Task Manager and find the Character Creator process, right click on it and select Create dump file.
It'll create the crash dump file in your local temp folder, please send this file to us as well.
