Installer says I have the wrong version of "6.51" to update to "6.51" ???

If you would like to update 3DXchange to the latest version, please update the iClone to the latest version first. 

Please see the screenshot you attached, because you didn't update the version of iClone to v6.51, so it doesn't allow you to update 3DXchange to the latest version.
