"Social Actions" is a crowd animation pack designed to utilize the dynamic spawning system for ActorGroups. Effortlessly bring scenes to life with individuals standing, sitting, engaging in conversation, or naturally interacting with close ones. Comprising 90 mocap animation loops for endless background animation, each detailed with authentic facial expressions and digitized in MotionPlus format, this pack is compatible with any project.

A single ActorGroup can produce a wide array of outcomes with the random spawning of actors and accessories. Distinctly generated materials, group reorientation, and individually offsetted animation loops give rise to unlimited possibilities.

PRESET GROUPS
AUTHENTIC HUMAN INTERACTIONS

ActorGroup presets feature social interactions among a gathering of individuals, whether standing, sitting, or in mixed positions. Once a preset is dropped into the scene, characters will be randomly picked from the actor pool and matched with the appropriate preset animations. Different actor combinations are spawned each time a new preset is applied for maximal variation.

Standing Groups (2-3) / Sitting Groups (2)

By leveraging all dynamic spawning features, Random groups are specifically crafted to produce a limited set of characters capable of acting independently. “Social Interactions” comprise 24 individual animations saved in MotionPlus format, tailored for random spawning. These animations feature authentic facial expressions and eye movement while idle, moving about, or in the middle of other activities.

Remixable Actors and Motions

Animated gatherings can be randomized to add variety to their performances. Actors can also be refashioned or even recast to generate the ideal permutation for your scene.

90 MotionPlus Animations

Featuring authentic and intricately detailed authentic facial expressions, 90 mocap animation loops come prepared in the handy MotionPlus format. The ambient animations are applicable to ActorGroup presets and permutations and works seamlessly with any iClone actor.

Looping Animations

Every motion within this pack is seamlessly loopable, perfect for continuous ambient animations in crowd simulations.

Facial Expressions

Characters maintain eye contact in conversations and situational awareness in isolated settings. The vivid facial expressions in the 90 animation loops can be deactivated on demand to optimize the scene.

Customization

Tailoring actors within ActorGroups is a breeze. By accessing the ActorGroup settings, you can find a preset, swap out the actor pool with your customized lineup, and ensure compatibility with corresponding gender and age tags. Once a new iActorGroup is made, all subsequent spawns will feature distinct appearances.

At the heart of ActorGroup lies the ability to randomly spawn actors featuring customized animations. Beyond your personally curated actor list, source from all available ActorCore characters to pair matching animations for males, females, children, and elderly. Expanding your ActorCore collection will also broaden the diversity within your cast of characters.
